Job Outline:

Responsibilities:

• CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for web design, application UI design, multimedia content creation for website.
• Develop web layout, animation and graphical images.
• Design overall web layout design & content management flow of website.
• Develop and maintain Flash elements in websites.
• Develop and maintain websites using Content Management System.
• Web design for Internal projects, which includes Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash, and Adobe Photoshop

• You will be provided with the following training to perform tasks and jobs listed below from Managing Consultant :-
• Develop improvements to the website that result in higher natural search listings.
• Analyze website content and architecture and make optimization recommendations.
• Manage search engine submissions.
• Optimize various site components including copy, meta tags, page title/descriptions, site architecture, etc.
• Develop target keyword lists.
• Perform competitive analysis to help drive future SEO optimizations.
• Ensuring that new site optimizations follow proper SEO guidelines with respect to coding and adherence to established copy/keyword standards.
• Monitor overall SEO program success with regard to keyword ranking, indexed pages, backlinks, etc.
• Use ever increasing SEO knowledge and research to develop and recommend new SEO strategies to management.
• Keep up date knowledge of current SEO practices; must maintain awareness of various SEO resources.

Requirements:

• CANDIDATE MUST HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING CREATIVE WEBSITE
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Short description:

I am suitable for this job because I have all the requirements mentioned and really enjoy doing work as a Multimedia Designer. I am a Malaysian citizen, aged 24 years old. I have Diploma in Graphic Design and Multimedia and is currently pursuing my degree in Professional Design in LUCT. I am creative and highly motivated and have no problems working on my own or in a team. Although I am hearing impaired, I do not see this as a problem as I communicate by writing.
